Do you sell to private buyers?
No. SIAMAUTOEXPORT supplies brand-new vehicles exclusively to dealerships. We do not sell directly to retail customers.
Can I sell under my dealership’s brand?
Yes. Ask about branded photography, a number plate holder, display plate, paper floor mats and a chrome rear badge. Agree the items and applicable charges with your quotation.
What does the CIF quotation include?
CIF Colombo includes freight and marine insurance as specified in your quotation. Confirm clearance-service scope separately. Duties, taxes, port and other third-party charges remain buyer-paid unless expressly included. CIF is not an all-inclusive landed price.
How does LC payment work?
After allocation, use the final Proforma Invoice with the chassis number to arrange the agreed Letter of Credit through your bank. Your invoice distinguishes LC-covered amounts from any separate pre-shipment payments.
Who arranges BV inspection and documentation?
We coordinate BV inspection and the applicable export, shipping and certification documents for Sri Lankan clearance, in conjunction with your bank and clearing agent.
How do I receive order updates?
Our team shares your order milestones, photographs, documents and estimates by WhatsApp or email. Contact us with your order reference for the latest update.
What warranty and local support are available?
Our Colombo branch assists with warranty enquiries, claim coordination and after-sales support. Coverage is generally 3–5 years depending on the brand and agreed terms. Confirm the provider, mileage limits, exclusions, claim arrangements and activation deadline before ordering.
How are delays communicated?
We communicate revised estimates and next actions through order updates. Arrival estimates remain subject to vessel schedules and port conditions. Discuss discrepancies with the team using your order reference and relevant photographs.
