Select your vehicle. Choose the model, specification and colour, then speak to our team.

Customise your order. Select available accessories, agreed customisation and applicable warranty coverage. Accessories may be paid for immediately or with your order confirmation deposit.

Receive your initial Proforma Invoice. Review the vehicle, options, pricing, deposit and payment terms.

Confirm your order. Pay the deposit stated in the invoice using a supported method. After allocation, receive the final Proforma Invoice with the chassis number.

Arrange your LC. Use the final invoice to open the Letter of Credit through your Sri Lankan bank, in your name or your client’s name as agreed for the order.

Prepare the vehicle. After receipt and confirmation of the LC, we bring the vehicle to our warehouse, provide standard photographs, and complete ordered accessories and agreed customisation.

Present it under your brand. Request agreed photographs featuring your dealership branding for customer discussions and marketing.

Settle outstanding pre-shipment payments. Pay amounts identified in your invoice as separate from the LC, including outstanding accessory or customisation charges. The invoice distinguishes these amounts from the LC-covered sum.

Arrange shipment. Once required pre-shipment payments are received, we book the vessel and coordinate loading, applicable inspections, export documents and shipment to Colombo.

Follow progress. Contact our team for vehicle preparation, accessory, shipping and arrival updates, with relevant photographs and documents.

Prepare for clearance. Arrange payment of applicable buyer-paid duties, taxes and charges. Confirm clearance assistance and responsibilities in your quotation.

Activate the warranty. Where included, activate coverage at customer handover within the deadline specified in your warranty terms.
